704 Air Force City Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron is an organization for youths between the ages of 12 and 18 years old.  Since it was founded in 1960, the squadron has been visible in many communities throughout Quinte West. Aside from participating in fundraising activities, the program is at no cost to the cadet.  Cadets that have exprerienced the program have found themselves fully prepared for the challenges that they are faced with later in life. The cadet program promotes leadership, respect for oneself and others, a sense of pride, teamwork and the importance of having a positive attitude.
